What is Forest Bathing
(Nature Therapy)?
Forest Bathing originated in Japan and is known as Shinrin-yoku. There are many techniques and ways to practice forest bathing. Unlike the name implies, you do not need a forest for this practice. As a matter of fact, urban areas are starting to adopt this way of finding green space and connecting with nature to help relieve stress and reconnect with our planet. I hope you'll join me to continue in the Shinrin-yoku practice.

Forest Bathing lowers cortisol levels
There have been many recent studies that prove that being in nature helps to lower our cortisol (or stress) levels in our bodies.
